Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership
- Identify areas of improvement in existing business systems
- Gather business requirements and document accordingly while defining project scope and objectives
- Vendor management - inclusive of handling budget, services, relationships
- Perform research analysis and continuous monitoring
- Conduct UAT testing
Qualifications
- Ability to support goals and process improvements
- Strong problem solving skills and solution oriented
- Experience with product road-maps
- Data gathering and analysis;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or related field
