We are seeking a dynamic Brokerage Director to join our team and drive life insurance sales. This role involves interacting directly with prospects, working with agents, and building sales for the agency. We have life products related to disability, long-term care, and universal life products.
Ideally seeking those with a book of advisors/producing agents you would be able to tap into.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and cultivate new clients.
- Consult with financial advisors and build life and annuity sales through our capabilities.
- Understand key broker dealers and insurance partners, including products, platforms, structure, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Ability to identify, qualify, and close prospective leads.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships with clients, advisors, and financial intermediaries.
- 10+ years of experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
