An exclusive client of ours is looking for an Actuarial Analyst to be apart of their pricing team! This is an exciting and impactful opportunity for someone with exceptional leadership and communication skills to contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding company.
Here is what they are looking for:
- Research and analyze various types of data to produce rate adjustment proposals, reserve estimates, economic capital models, actuarial support for filings with state insurance departments, and implement new rates and rating plans.
- Analyze data to develop and propose solutions for actuarial or product line management.
- Pursuing ACAS
- Research and analyze data for special projects within a defined scope and serve as the Property/Casualty Actuarial representative for assigned project committees.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to solve basic to intermediate pricing/actuarial problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced) and basic/intermediate programming skills.
- Completion of 3-5 actuarial exams.
- Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training in the insurance industry.
