We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Developer (C++) to join our team. Our client is an established prop trading firm with strong talent on board, seeking a candidate with a robust understanding of both traditional and digital asset markets, and proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (preferably C++). You will collaborate with our traders and developers to design and implement innovative trading systems and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve technical trading challenges, implementing automated solutions.
- Collaborate with traders to develop and execute custom trading systems and risk management strategies.
- Conduct independent research to generate statistically robust alpha using data-driven methodologies.
- Work with other developers to enhance the efficiency and algorithms of our in-house trading software built in C++.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in high-frequency trading or options market making.
- Experience in quantitative finance, preferably in the HFT space.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in C++, with experience in modern C++ (C++20 or later).
- Experience with Python (including pandas, Jupyter Notebook, and other data analysis tools) is a plus.
- Experience with cryptocurrency trading is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to contribute to technical discussions.
- Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in trading and financial markets.
- Business-level proficiency in written and verbal English.
